5. Acceptable Use

Our services are intended solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, share, store, or distribute content that is illegal, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), pirated or copyright-infringing content, stolen data, or malware
• Use the services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity
• Upload content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or discrimination against any individual or group
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or circumvent any security measures
• Upload malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful software
• Use the services to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Share unauthorized government classified material or leaked credentials

6. Monitoring, Logging, and Enforcement

All activity on our services is logged for security and compliance purposes, including user actions, IP addresses, timestamps, and relevant metadata. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this logging.

We reserve the right to, without prior notice:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are using our services for prohibited purposes
• Remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms
• Report illegal content and associated account information to law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to the Norwegian police (Kripos), Europol, and NCMEC
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including providing user data, audit logs, IP addresses, uploaded files, and access records upon lawful request
• Retain evidence of prohibited activity for the purpose of legal proceedings

7. Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skiwo AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a limited license to store and deliver it through the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skiwo AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or involves illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the services. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
