Put the chat widget on your website
One line in your page. Chats queue in the same inbox as your email.

Live chat is a module. If your workspace does not have it yet, ask for it in Settings, then Modules.
Copy the line
Open Settings, then Live chat. Copy the script tag shown there. It names your workspace's own widget address:

Put the line before the closing body tag on every page where you want the chat bubble. Nothing else is needed: no account for your visitors and no stylesheet.
What your visitors see
A round button in the bottom corner in your workspace's colour. It opens a chat window in the language of your page. When nobody answers while they are still on the page, they can leave an email address and the answer goes there.
