Get your email into SoftReply

Keep your support address. Forward its mail to your mailbox's SoftReply address, and every message becomes a conversation.

2 min

Every mailbox in SoftReply has its own address, ending in @in.softreply.com. You keep the address your customers already write to, such as support@yourcompany.com, and forward its mail to the SoftReply one. Customers never see it.

Find the address

Open Settings in SoftReply and choose the mailbox. Its address is at the top, with a copy button. A new workspace is shown the same address in the Forward step of setup.

Forward from your mail provider

In Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or your host's control panel, add a forwarding rule from your support address to the SoftReply address. Keeping a copy in the original mailbox is up to you; SoftReply works either way.

Check that it arrived

Send a test email to your support address. The Forward step waits for it and says so when it lands, and the email is a conversation in the inbox.
