Answer from your own address
Replies go out from the first day, from SoftReply's address. Connect your own Amazon SES account to send from yours.
Every workspace can answer customers from the first day. Until you connect anything, replies go out through SoftReply's sending service, from the mailbox's SoftReply address, and a customer's answer comes back to the same conversation.
Send from your own address
To send as support@yourcompany.com instead, connect your own Amazon SES account. Create an AWS account if you do not have one, and in Amazon SES verify the domain you send from. Ask AWS for production access: it takes about a day, so start it first. Then open Settings, then Email, choose your own Amazon SES, and enter the account's keys. SoftReply checks that the keys work and which addresses they cover.
What changes
Replies leave from your own address and domain, under your Amazon account's limits instead of ours, and bounces and spam reports land in your Amazon account. The Email page's health tab shows what was accepted, bounced or reported either way.
